Christmas 2022 is almost here. While this year’s festivities are in full swing, the Careline alarm service will always be there to support you. Our 24/7 Care Team is open 365 days of the year, including Christmas Day. No matter the time of day or night, if a Careline alarm user presses their pendant button, our Care Team will be there to respond. In the run-up to the big day, we’d like to share with you the Christmas opening hours for the Careline365 Customer Service team.
Please note that the Customer Service team is entirely separate from our emergency Care Team. The Care Team is open 24/7, 365 days a year to respond to emergency calls.

24th December – 7am – 6pm
25th December (Christmas Day) – Closed
26th December (Boxing Day) – 9am – 8pm
27th – 30th December – Normal Service
31st December (New Year’s Eve) – 7:30am – 8pm
1st January (New Year’s Day) – 8:30am – 10pm
2nd January – Normal Service
